How to Complete the Forms

  1. Enter your student’s 7-digit student ID number.
    Example: 0234567

  2. Select “Lookup.”

  3. Once your student’s information appears, click the word “here” to view the policy.

  4. Read the policies, complete the required information, and electronically sign the:

    • Acceptable Use Policy

    • ELBC Chromebook Agreement

  5. After submission, you will receive confirmation that the policies have been approved.

Important Reminders

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to complete the forms.

  • The Chromebook Agreement must be completed using the Google Chrome browser.

  • Both forms must be completed before a Chromebook can be issued to the student.

Greetings,

For those students who are interested in taking credit recovery through Edgenuity, the program will start February 12th and end April 26th. By taking credit recovery, you are able to gain a previous credit failed that will go towards meeting the graduation requirements for the State of Georgia. Before signing up, please read below:

  • For those particular students that sign up for this particular Credit Recovery all work  will be done using Edgenuity. 
  • Credit Recovery will start February 12th and end April 26th. 
  • Students may only register for ONE course at a time.
  • Students must spend a minimum of 3 hours per week in Edgenuity.
  • Student Must attend a required online meeting with Site Facilitator via zoom.
  • Student and Parent Must Sign Memorandum of Understanding. (You will get that form from me)

Students CAN NOT take credit recovery for the following courses BIOLOGY, ALGEBRA I, AMERICAN LITERATURE AND US HISTORY, you must retake these courses in the traditional classroom setting.

  • Space for this Particular Credit recovery is limited to 15 Students Per Area. (English, Math, Social Studies, Science)
  • The failed course must already be on your transcript, it can not be a current class that you taking.
  • This is a first come first serve.
